About me
I am a naturally intuitive therapist who added to her skill set by completing three years of intensive training at the School of Energy Healing, including attaining a certificate in Medical Sciences from the College of Body Science in London.

I now have more than 20 years of experience.
​I have a true connection with nature and an instinctive understanding of how energy flows around the body.
I have worked with people who are deeply traumatised and others who are simply in need of a little light adjustment.

Therapy
The human body is an incredibly sensitive and intricate piece of engineering, capable of reaching way beyond the limits of our expectations.
The start of our healing journey will be led by you.

Through consultation and hands on healing we will work together to release blocks and realign the energy flow within your body allowing you to return to a more balanced, harmonic state.

Every session is done within the strictest confidence and in a safe held space.

I came to see Jo in 2008 wen I had suffered a complete nervous breakdown and try to take my own life.

With Jo's help I was able to see a problem that was overwhelming me in a new light, I was able to put things into perspective, relieving a lot of tension and frustrating.
A typical session would take approximately an hour, with the client lying fully clothed
on a therapy table.

Continued therapy sessions after this will be £60 per hour
